My friend Ellie and I accidentally got in to the St George Marathon. It really was an accident! Everyone we know has tried to get in for more than one year in a row now, and hasn't gotten their name drawn for the lottery. Therefore, I figured I was safe. Plus, my name never gets drawn in raffles. This is the one exception, but I don't win anything cool like a big screen TV or $100. I just win the chance to
pay $100 and run 26.2 miles. What a bargain! Luckily the course is all down hill and luckily this whole marathon business will help me cross something off my bucket list.
